Meet the garden bed
that solves all the problems.
Okay, not all the problems. Not world problems, or all of your problems. But the WWB does solve garden bed problems.

Bed
But first, let’s tackle one big problem: where does one even start?!?
You can have big dreams and plans to start a garden. Clear out a whole back (or front) yard, rip up the sod, sell the lawn mower, and then just stare at the empty space. We've been there. It can be overwhelming. So overwhelming that you’re not even sure what to tell a gardening or landscape consultant. “I wanna grow plants I can eat.” “I did this to help pollinators.” “I”m over my lawn.” It’s a hard place to start and it either takes a ton of time and research or mucho dinero to get it going.
We wanted to help with that problem first, which is why we created one bed with just enough options to not give you decision paralysis.

the Problems ??
& the Solutions :)
?? Beds tend to break down over time.
:) WW beds are built to last a lifetime. And lifetime free part replacement is included, just in case.
But how? you may ask.
All beds are furnished with locally sourced cedar wood & treated with an ancient Japanese method call yakisugi, which converts from it from original timber to something that is highly durable, rot-resistant, inspect repellent and fire retardant. The treated wood is finished with linseed oil to help preserve the wood for the long haul.
Pronounced: yah (like the affirmation) - kee (like a key to a door) - soo (like sue) - gee (like the hard "g" in geese
?? Chemicals and synthetics are used to make long-lasting beds.
:) WW chooses materials that are directly from the Earth.
Here’s our list:
sustainably harvested cedar wood
concrete blocks
steel rods
recycled cardboard
clay
a hand-made shade cloth from recycled materials.
?? Beds tend to dry out.
:) That’s why each WW bed comes with a shade cloth that you take on and off to fit your climate and growing conditions.
As much as plants need enough rain, they can also get too much sun. Adding shade prevents plants from getting parched, thus reducing your water consumption. Yes, even some of our “full-sun” friends need a break.
Our shade cloth helps keep plants cool and soil more moist, which is helpful on super sunny days with no rain in sight.
?? Beds become uneven or unsightly over time.
:) WW answer is cardboard & clay. Each bed is built using a foundation of cardboard and clay. As it breaks down over time the roots of the plants will take over to stabilize the bed.
Then, rebar is hammered down 2ft in each corner to add even more strength.
It makes for a garden bed that has a presence and strengthens the entire around it which in turn helps with erosion.
?? Many garden beds are one size once established. In other words, they can't grow or expand.
:) WW beds may come in two sizes, but the way they are constructed allows you to expand in any direction. up, down, left, right (like a Mortal Kombat code).
Want a longer bed? Done! Need your bed to be wider? Not a problem.
How about doubling the size? You got it.
Not sure where to start? Start small and grow as feels good to you and your garden.
